We had the pleasure of meeting many of our local suppliers this spring. Seeing how real food and wine should be made.

We are so proud to work with so many excellent suppliers in our region and to see the impressive work they do to maintain such high standards in produce.

We’ve been out foraging and sourcing tirelessly this month to work towards our zero waste goal this summer, our team have taken advantage of this week to forage right in our back garden.

We are excited to open tomorrow and show you where we’re up to, open from 16h 🍺 🍜 🍷 🌲

@robwoodcooks is already on a fresh new menu for this summer which, we are very excited to announce, will aim to be our first zero waste menu. Working closely with our local producers we’re working hard to create circular processes in our kitchen and bar and produce a flexible changing menu to roll with the seasons.

We’re rocking a fruity juicy hazy with Columbus and Victoria hops alongside coffee porter, passion fruit sour, classic pils and an ambrée!
And if you didn’t know already, we’re proud to make all of our dishes from the ground up with savoies finest suppliers including the highest quality pork from our friend Mica in Evian.
But maybe you didn’t know that we have a mega selection of natural and biodynamic wines for you to try. Proud to be serving @domainedesrutissons and @vignobledureveur alongside many others to enjoy with our kickass ramens.

It’s back. We’re stoked. Not only because we’ve been doing some hard research eating every kind of fried chicken possible and drinking some outrageously excellent natural wines but to be able to invite y’all to the second edition of fried chicken and natural wine @becjaunebrewery .
Last year was an absolute blast and were leveling it up from every perspective this year! By reservation only so give us a message to book, 70€ per person all in.

Non seulement parce qu’on a fait des recherches très sérieuses en mangeant tous les types de poulet frit possibles et en buvant des vins naturels outrageusement excellents, mais aussi parce qu’on peut enfin vous inviter à la deuxième édition de Fried Chicken & Natural Wine @becjaunebrewery
